As a third generation builder/contractor Charlie Walker started his career working as a designer with an engineering firm. After six years working in an office, the desire to build became apparent, and Charlie took a job as a construction manager with a State College company.

After a few years he moved to the Hanover area to start up his own branch office, and as things go, soon bought out his parent company. Fourteen years and approximately 400 houses later he sold his company and formed Horizon Homes LLC in 2004.

We are a full service building and construction company serving Adams, Franklin, and York counties, specializing in custom homes, additions, and light commercial buildings.
